Section 2241; (4) Petitioner submit (items re: exhaustion of remedies as outlined in sub-paragraphs a-f herein) w/in 20 days of date of entry of this Order; (5) Failure to submit documents spe cified w/in 20 days will result in dismissal of this case for want of prosecution; (6) Payne is instructed to keep Clerk informed of his current mailing address. Failure to do so may result in dismissal; (7) Clerk to submit record upon either (a) the filing of the administrative remedy documents specified above or (b) the expiration of 25 days from date of entry of the Order, whichever shall occur first.
