Filing 6 ORDER: 1. Perryman's Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis R. #2 is GRANTED. 2. Because Perryman has been granted pauper status in this proceeding, the Court WAIVES the $52.00 administrative fee. 3. The Clerk of Court shall open an account in Perryman's name for receipt of the $350.00 filing fee. The Clerk shall complete a Notice of Payment Form EDKY525 and send the Notice and a copy of this Order to the Warden of the institution in which Perryman is confined. 4. The Court ORDERS Perryman's custodian to deduct $129.40 from Perryman's inmate account as an initial partial filing fee and to send that sum to the Clerk of the Court within twenty-eight (28) days. 5. The Court further ORDERS Perryman's custodian to send the Clerk a payment each month from his inmate acct. but only if acct balance exceeds $10. The payment shall equal 20% of the amt deposited into Perryman's account during the preceding month. The custodian shall continue the mthly pymts until the entire $350 filing fee is paid.
