ORDER: 1. Seeber's motion to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is DENIED without prejudice. 2. Seeber's excessive force and inadequate medical care claims are SEVERED from this action. The Clerk of the Court shall OPEN a new civil action filed by Seeber regarding this claim. The Clerk shall FILE the complaint filed in this case #1 as the initiating document in that action, along with a copy of this Order. Should Seeber wish to pursue his claims, he must follow instructions provided by the Court in his new case. 3. Pasha's motion to proceed in forma pauperis #4 is DENIED. 4. w/in 30 days from this date, Pasha must pay $400.00 in filing and administrative fees to the Clerk of the Court. The Court will dismiss this matter if Pasha fails to make timely payment. 5. The Clerk shall mark the assigned case number on a form Civil Rights Complaint [EDKY Form 520] and send it to Pasha. Should Pasha wish to pursue his claims, he must complete and file the complaint form in compliance with the instructions provided in this Order w/in 30 days from this date.
