ORDER FOR MEETING AND REPORT:1. W/in 30 days, counsel for parties shall conduct the meeting of parties required by Rule 26(f) to discuss possibilities for prompt settlement or resolution of the case and develop proposed disc plan;2. At the time of meeting, counsel shall exchange disclosures required by Rule 26(a)(1) and in the future shall make supplemental disclosures when required by Rule 26(e);3. W/in 14 days after meeting, counsel shall file a written joint report outlining proposed discovery plan. In proposing deadlines, parties should contemplate a trial date w/in 12 months or fewer. Parties report shall include information listed:(a) parties' views and proposals required by Rule 26(f);(b) length of time believed to join other parties and amend pleadings;(c) length of time believed necessary to file motions;(d) length of time believed necessary to complete pretrial discovery including expert witness disc;(e) length of time necessary for parties to make expert disclosures;(f) probable length of trial and if issues to submit to a jury;(g) mutually convenient dates to assign case to trial;(h) whether parties desire a scheduling conference before entry of a scheduling order;(i) decision as to whether the action may be referred to a US Magistrate Judge.
