MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: (1) Plaintiff Martin Burley's Bivens claims for alleged violations of his First, Fifth and Eighth Amendments brought under 28 U.S.C. § 1331 are DISMISSED, with prejudice, as time-barred. (2) All claims having been resolved against all defendants, this action is DISMISSED and STRICKEN from the docket.
