Filing 11 ORDER: 1. Pending further Order of the Court, the Clerk shall file as miscellaneous correspondence in this case: (a) any and all documents submitted by Davis intended to be filed in this case; and (b) any and all documents submitted by Davis intended to initiate any new civil case or any new habeas corpus petition, regardless of the basis for the underlying claim. This Order shall not apply to documents submitted by Davis to be filed in other cases previously filed by Davis in this Court. This Order shall also not apply to a notice of appeal filed in this case, which the Clerk shall file and forward to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals according to established procedures. 2.
