The Plaintiff's revised motion to proceed in forma pauperis supplies sufficient detail to demonstrate his entitlement to proceed without prepayment of fees and costs, mooting his motion for reconsideration of my February 21, 2023, order denying his initial motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Accordingly, the revised motion to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED, and the motion for reconsideration is DEEMED MOOT. By MAGISTRATE JUDGE KAREN FRINK WOLF. Filing 3 ORDER denying #2 Motion to Proceed Without Prepayment of Fees and Costs. The Plaintiff's monthly income exceeds his monthly expenses by a $590, he has $500 in the bank, and he has no debts or other obligations. In such circumstances he has not shown that paying this Court's one-time filing fee would cause him undue hardship. See Strange v. Juice Man, No. 1:20-cv-00466-LEW, 2021 WL 67202, at *1 (D. Me. Jan. 7, 2021). Accordingly, the Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED, and he is hereby ORDERED to pay this Court's $402 filing fee by March 7, 2023, failing which I will recommend that this case be dismissed.
