The Plaintiff has submitted a form apparently from the United States Court of Federal Claims requesting in forma pauperis (IFP) status. Because he has not used the correct form for this Court and because he has not explained how he is able to maintain a household with practically no income, I will deny his motion without prejudice. The Clerk's Office is requested to mail a copy of this Court's IFP application to the Plaintiff together with this order. The Plaintiff is DIRECTED, by October 20, 2023, to file a revised IFP application on the correct form with a more thorough explanation of his financial situation or pay this Court's filing fee, failing which his case may be dismissed.
