ORDER granting in part and denying in part #9 Motion to Amend Scheduling Order; mooting #9 Motion for Order granting leave to supplement the record; mooting #9 Motion for Discovery. Because both sides appeared to agree that the court should stay further action on the merits pending an anticipated motion to remand by the plaintiff, I held a telephonic hearing on July 1, 2019, with Attorneys Taintor and Decker, for the plaintiff and defendants respectively. Counsel confirmed their agreement, and accordingly, without objection, I ORDERED the plaintiff to file his motion to remand by July 19, 2019, and stayed further action on the merits in this case pending the court's resolution of the motion to remand.
