Based on the parties' filings to this point, the Court understands that this action is similar to other matters filed by Plaintiff and, therefore, the anticipated opposition to the motion to dismiss will likely reiterate arguments Plaintiff has made in opposition to motions to dismiss in other actions. That fact, however, does not necessarily mean that Plaintiff's request for additional pages to address the relevant issues is unreasonable.
