ORDER. The Plaintiff failed follow my order to submit a revised IFP application or pay the filing fee by October 25, 2023. See ECF No. 5. Nevertheless, Attorney Riley Fenner recently informed the Clerk's Office that he intends to enter an appearance on behalf of the Plaintiff. In such circumstances, I will give the Plaintiff an additional two weeks to file a revised IFP application or pay the filing fee; I will also set a deadline two weeks from now for Attorney Fenner to enter his appearance. If these deadlines are not met, I will recommend the dismissal of this case without further notice. The Clerk's Office is requested to email a copy of this order to Attorney Fenner in addition to mailing a copy to the Plaintiff. ORDER denying without prejudice #3 Motion to Proceed Without Prepayment of Fees and Costs. In her application to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP), the Plaintiff failed to fully answer questions 3, 6, and 8, and failed to explain how she is able to maintain valuable real estate with no income. For these reasons, her IFP application is denied without prejudice.
