ORDER - In its November 3, 3023 Order on Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order (ECF No. 14), the Court ordered the order sealed and observed that the Court would discuss with counsel whether the order should be unsealed. On November 6, 2026, Ms. Doe voluntarily dismissed her complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i) and in her counsel's email to the Clerk indicated he had no objection to the unsealing of the Court's order because the parties are operating under pseudonyms. On November 6, 2023, counsel for the Defendants also confirmed they do not object to unsealing. Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, the Court hereby VACATES its November 6, 2023 sealing order and UNSEALS its Order on Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order (ECF No. 14). SO ORDERED.
