Filing 17 PAPERLESS ORDER: In light of Standing Order 2020-07 postponing all non-emergency proceedings through June 5, 2020, the in-person settlement conference in this matter is cancelled. However, if the parties mutually conclude that there is a productive way to conduct settlement discussions short of an in-person conference, such as by telephone or other technology arranged by the parties, the Court is amenable to exploring that, provided that it is consistent with the current public health guidance from government and health officials relating to COVID-19. The parties should confer with each other and then should contact Chambers should they wish to explore this option. Signed by Magistrate Judge J. Mark Coulson on 4/10/2020. (daws, Chambers) |
