The parties have agreed to stay this case pending a bond hearing, having agreed that Petitioner is not subject to mandatory detention. The Government will promptly file a motion to stay with a proposed order. The parties will confer in an effort to agree on a date by which Petitioner's bond hearing will be held. If there is no agreement, Petitioner will file a letter motion on or before February 4, 2022 seeking the Court's ruling to provide a deadline for the bond hearing to be held; a response will be due on or before February 14, 2022; and a reply will be due on or before February 21, 2022. The letter motion, response, and reply shall each be no more than 3 pages single-spaced, excluding exhibits, Times New Roman 12-point font.
