Defendants unopposed request to extend the deadline to respond to the Complaint until May 13, 2022 is GRANTED. However, Defendants motion for an extension of time to respond to Plaintiffs motion for a temporary restraining order is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Plaintiffs motion for a temporary restraining order seeks emergency relief, and it must be adjudicated on an expedited timeline. Defendant will, therefore, be granted a modest extension, until May 5, 2022, to respond to that motion. This Court will also hold an in-person hearing on May 10, 2022 at 10:00 am, for no more than two hours, at which it will hear oral argument on the motion for a temporary restraining order.
