ORDER that Counsel for Division of Correction shall provide Myers a copy of his medical records related to (1) the steel lodged in Myerss arm during work duty at MCTC on or around October 27, 2020, and (2) his foot injury for which he was first seen on March 8, 2022 at NBCI within 21 days of this Order; further ordered that Myers is granted 28 days from receipt of the above-stated documents to file a supplement to the Complaint identifying any individuals he seeks to name as defendants and stating any facts supporting his claims against them; further ordered that within 21 days from the date of this Order, the Finance Officer at WCI shall file an inmate account summary information sheet for the past six months of Myerss incarceration.
