The parties are reminded to comply with Pre-Motion Conference Letter #2 before filing any substantive or discovery motions. At the conclusion of discovery, the Scheduling Order requires the parties to file a status report. The parties shall attach to the status report a pre-motion letter that complies with ECF No. 2 addressing any dispositive motions they wish to file. At that time, the Court will also set a firm trial date and related deadlines. The parties are also encouraged to agree to the Federal Judicial Center's employment case discovery protocol. Finally, counsel will confer about the possibility of early settlement and will notify the Court if the case should be referred to a Magistrate Judge for a settlement conference.
