August 7, 2018 Opinion or Order MINUTE ORDER. The Court is in receipt of Petitioner O'Melveny & Myers, LLP's #2 Motion to Transfer. Petitioner O'Melveny & Myers moves for the transfer of Petitioners' Joint Motion to Quash Subpoenas to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the Court from which the challenged subpoenas were issued. By no later than AUGUST 9, 2018, Respondent iStar Financial, Inc. shall file a response to this Motion explaining why, given the plain text of Rule 45 and Petitioners' consent, Petitioners' Motion should not be transferred. Signed by Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly on 8/7/2018. (lcckk3)
