In light of this amendment and Defendant Goshen Run Homeowners Association's interest in filing a motion to dismiss that raises many of the same issues that the Andrews & Lawrence Defendants plan to raise, the schedule for briefing the proposed motions to dismiss is as follows: The Andrews & Lawrence Defendants will file their motion to dismiss by December 19, 2018. Goshen Run also may file a motion to dismiss by December 19, 2018. In its motion, Goshen Run may adopt by reference any arguments the Andrews & Lawrence Defendants make; it shall not reargue the same points. Goshen Run also may make any additional arguments in its motion, which shall not exceed 15 pages, unless otherwise allowed by the Court. Plaintiffs will file their consolidated opposition to both motions by January 10, 2019, and Defendants will file their replies by February 1, 2019, again with Goshen Run adopting any arguments in Andrews & Lawrence's reply, rather than making the same arguments.
