PAPERLESS ORDER MEMORIALIZING today's call as follows: Plaintiff will file an amended complaint by May 10, 2019. By May 31, 2019, Marva Maid may file its motion to dismiss on the same grounds if it believes that deficiencies still exist. Marva Maid may raise new grounds but if it does so, Plaintiff may have a basis for requesting to amend again; therefore, Marva Maid may file a second pre-motion conference request to raise those new grounds. Plaintiff's opposition is due June 21, 2019. Marva Maid's reply is due July 10, 2019. Counsel will insure that memoranda supporting the motion's papers be as brief as possible, and shall not exceed 25 pages without advance court permission. The key language in any attached documents will be highlighted. Discovery will proceed as to Defendant WA Tompkins but is stayed as to Marva Maid, although the site visit may proceed. Plaintiff may, however, serve interrogatories, with an understanding that Marva Maid's response is not due until after its motion is resolved.
