Filing 12 ELECTRONIC ORDER: Plaintiff's motion to extend the Court's deadline for correcting the deficiencies in his motion to proceed in forma pauperis, Doc. #10 , is GRANTED. Accordingly, Plaintiff is ORDERED to file by March 6, 2019, a sworn supplement to his motion to proceed in forma pauperis that provides additional details regarding his monthly expenses, as required by the Court's January 7, 2019 order.Additionally, Plaintiff's Answers to the Magistrate Judge's Questionnaire filed on January 29, 2019, Doc. #9 , are unsigned and, thus, deficient. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 11(a). Thus, in the interest of justice, the Court will extend the deadline to file a signed copy. Accordingly, Plaintiff is ORDERED to submit a copy of the Answers to the Magistrate Judge's Questionnaire signed in the place indicated at the end of the answers by March 6, 2019. Plaintiff's failure to comply with this order may result in the dismissal of this case for want of prosecution under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).The Clerk of the Court is directed to provide to Plaintiff, with service of this Order, a copy of his Answers to the Magistrate Judge's Questionnaire, Doc. #9 .
