ORDER re #60 Motion to Continue. Pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.1(d), a judicial officer may rule on a motion any time after it is filed. The Court concludes that further briefing on this issue is not necessary. This Court previously determined that a limited amount of discovery was warranted prior to the preliminary injunction evidentiary hearing. It is apparent from the recent disputes, the Motion, and correspondence with the Special Master that the parties' discovery efforts are only in the beginning stages. Further, in light of Plaintiff's request that the Motion to Transfer be referred to the Magistrate Judge, and Judge Arguello's recent reference of the matter, the Court concludes that the most prudent course of action at this time is to reschedule the evidentiary hearing to a time following the resolution of these various issues. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the Evidentiary Hearing set for April 24, 2019 at 8:30AM is CONVERTED to a Status Conference.
