Filing 23 PAPERLESS ORDER memorializing today's telephone conference call as follows: (1) Defendant, Shapiro & Brown, may file a pre-motion letter on or before July 13, 2020; (2) Plaintiff may file an amended complaint on or before August 3, 2020; (3) All Defendants shall coordinate on their motions to dismiss, specifically with regard to the legal arguments--rather than repeat the same arguments, incorporate them-- and may file motions on or before September 4, 2020; (4) Plaintiff's response in opposition is due on or before October 5, 2020, and Plaintiff should also incorporate arguments in the separate responses rather than repeat them; (5) Defendants' replies are due on or before October 5, 2020; (6) To expedite review, the parties are directed to make the motion and opposition briefs as concise as possible and the pages should not exceed 25 pages, exclusive of exhibits, unless otherwise ordered by the Court. The reply briefs should not exceed 15 pages. The parties are also directed to highlight key language in every exhibit so the Court can readily determine the relevant information in the exhibit; (7) Since we discussed both pre-motion letters today, the telephone call for July 8, 2020 (ECF No. 21) is cancelled.
