PAPERLESS ORDER memorializing the parties' pre-motion telephone conference with the Court on December 21, 2021. Before proceeding with the Defendants' proposed motions to dismiss, the Court will resolve the threshold choice of law issues identified in today's pre-motion call. Defendant Condux International, Inc., will file a letter brief of no more than three pages, single spaced, on the choice of law issues on December 22, 2021. Defendant Colonial Electrical Supply Company will file a letter on or before December 28, 2021, either joining in Defendant Condux's letter or separately arguing the choice of law issues. Defendant Colonial's letter shall be no more than three pages, single spaced. Plaintiffs shall file a single opposition to the Defendants' letter briefs, which shall be no more than six pages, single spaced, on or before January 13, 2022.
