Filing 91 ORDER granting in part and denying in part 61 Motion for Summary Judgment. The motion is GRANTED with respect to plaintiff's claim that it owes no duty to defend or indemnify defendants Alerio Vanyo and Buy-Rite Auto Sales, Inc. under Policy No. GP6129549 against any claims arising out of the January 14, 2006 accident involving Vanyo and defendant Ronald Ulven. Ulven's counterclaim to the contrary is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE AND ON THE MERITS. The motion is GRANTED with respect to plaintiff's claim that it has no obligation to provide uninsured or underinsured motorist benefits under Policy No. GP6129549 to Ulven in connection with the January 14, 2006 accident involving Vanyo and Ulven.
