ORDER AND REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION: Based on the file, and all the records and proceedings therein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. Plaintiff's Motion for Discovery on Arbitration Issues Doc. No. 21 , is DENIED; and 2. Plaintiff's Motion to Stay Decision on Motion to Compel Arbitration Doc. No. 23 , is DENIED. For the reasons stated, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that: 1. Defendants' Motion to Compel Arbitration and Dismiss or Stay Doc. No. 14 , be GRANTED. This Court recommends th at the District Court DENY Plaintiff's request for declaratory judgment asserted in Count One of her Complaint and ORDER Plaintiff to arbitrate each of her remaining claims against Defendants; and 2.
