MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER (1) Denying defendants' 108 Motion to Dismiss. (2) Adopting in part and rejecting in part the Magistrate Judge's 100 Report and Recommendation. (3) Granting in part and denying in part plaintiff's 62 Partial Motion for Summary Judgment. Motion is granted as to Counts I (MCIOA), II (Wrongful cancellation), and VIII (Minn. Stat. 559.217).
