MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part defendant Messerlie & Kramer, P.A.'s 33 Motion for Summary Judgment. Motion is denied as to the Backlunds' claims that the March 31, 2011 phone call violated 15 U.S.C. § 1692c(a)(2) and the Backlunds' claim that garnishment without proper notice supports a violation of 15 U.S.C. § 1692f(1).
