Filing 18 ORDER: 1. All claims against the John Doe Defendants are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE; 2. Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment against Defendants Jeffrey A. Feil and JBFeil, Inc. [Doc. No. 8] is GRANTED in part; and 3. Plaintiff shall rec over $5,500 in damages, determined as follows: a. Plaintiff is entitled to $1,100 in statutory damages and $3,300 in enhanced damages, pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 605(e); b. Plaintiff is entitled to $1,100 in damages for its conversion claim ; and 4. The Court will consider any application for Plaintiff's attorney's fees and costs, which are recoverable under 47 U.S.C. § 605(e)(3)(B)(iii), filed in accordance with Fed. R. Civ.
