ORDER. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 1. The Court ADOPTS the Report and Recommendation of Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge Gregory F. Kishel dated June 15, 2012 1 . 2. This adversary proceeding, Adversary Proceeding No. 08-3177, is d ismissed in its entirety, for Plaintiffs' failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted as to either Defendant, and for Plaintiffs' failure to comply with the requirements of Minnesota Statute § 544.42. 3.
