ORDER. Based on all of the files, records, and proceedings herein, the Court SUSTAINS petitioner's objection 17 and DECLINES TO ADOPT the R&R 15 . IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. Petitioner's 28 U.S.C. § 2241 petition for writ of habeas corpus 1 is GRANTED. 2. Respondent is ORDERED to consider whether to place petitioner in immediate home confinement, using the same criteria that respondent would normally use to make such a determination under 18 U.S.C. § 3624(c)(2). 3.
