MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 44 Motion to Dismiss. 1. The motion is granted as to the relators' claims against GGNSC Administrative Services, GPH Anoka, GGNSC Clinical Services, Golden Gate Ancillary, and GGNSC Equity Holdings.
