Clint Rasschaert , Pamela Schiller, Verna Schuna, and Eric Gedrose's claims are subject to arbitration. d. Clint Rasschaert, Pamela Schiller, Verna Schuna, and Eric Gedrose's claims are STAYED pending the outcome of arbitration. e. The Court expressly retai ns jurisdiction over this case. f.
