MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER. 1. Plaintiff's Motion to Remand (MDL No. 13-2441 (DWF/FLN), Doc. No. 12 ; Civil No. 13-1811 (DWF/FLN), Doc. No. 13 ) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART as follows: a.
