Defendant's motion for summary judgment 35 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART . a. The motion is DENIED as to plaintiff's claim that defendant negligently violated 15 U.S.C. § 1681i(a)(1)(A) by failing to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation. b. The motion is GRANTED in all other respects, and all of plaintiff's other claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. 2. Plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment 41 is DENIED. (Written Opinion).
