Plaintiffs' claim for negligent credentialing of Nurse Rasmussen is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Plaintiffs' claim for Nurse Rasmussens failure to activate the chain of command is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The remainder of Defendants' motions is DENIED.
