Defendants Stearns County Jail and Sheriff John Sanner are here by dismissed from this case. Defendants MEnD Correctional Care, PLLC; Martin Langenfeld; Jodie French; and Ashley Altendahl's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment 40 is GRANTED. Taylor's 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claim against these defendants is DISMISSED with prejudice. This case will be placed on the Court's next available trial calendar.
