MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. The Omnibus Motion to Dismiss ( 28 in 17-CV-194; 12 in 17-CV-198) is DENIED; 2. BMO's Motion to Dismiss ( 28 in 17-CV-197) is DENIED; 3. U.S. Bank's Motion to Dismiss ( 18 in 16-CV-4 067) is GRANTED in part, and the Complaint is DISMISSED without prejudice as to loans U.S. Bank's predecessors sold to RFC; and 4.
