ORDER re #12 Letter: Although the Court recently denied the motion for IFP and dismissed this case, Ms. Hughes has sent a letter asking the undersigned to help her find resolution to her problem. Of course, even if this case would have survived 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B) review, in order for the Court to have appointed counsel, Ms. Hughes would have had to demonstrate to the Court that she previously sought out counsel with no success. If Ms. Hughes has a potential claim, then there are attorneys in the area who would likely be willing to represent Ms. Hughes on a contingent basis (meaning that Ms. Hughes would only have to pay the attorneys if she is awarded money). The Clerk's Office is DIRECTED to send Ms. Hughes a copy of the Pro Se Litigant Guide along with this Order.
