Upon consideration of the Unopposed Motion for Leave to File First Amended Short Form Complaint (MDL No. 13-2441 (DWF/BRT), Doc. No. 1228 ; and Civil No. 19-379 (DWF/BRT), Doc. No. #5 ), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: Plaintiff Patricia Gail Kinkade's Motion is GRANTED, and she shall be permitted to file the First Amended Short Form Complaint attached to the Unopposed Motion for Leave to File First Amended Short Form Complaint as "Exhibit A" to accurately reflect her alleged claims as to only her revised left hip, and to remove any claims relating to her right hip implant that is not an Affected Product as defined in this MDL.
