In recognition of the current efforts locally and nationally to protect persons from unnecessary potential exposure to COVID-19, the settlement conference will not take place in person. Rather, the settlement conference will take place by alternative means, such as participation by phone or video conference, which will be communicated to the parties in advance of the settlement conference.
