The Court finds good cause exists to stay these proceedings, including Intervenor's pending Motion to Vacate the April 9, 2019, Order and/or Quash the Subpoena ("Motion to Vacate"), pending the outcome of the following related matters: (1) a parallel motion to vacate pending in the Southern District of New York in the matter of In re CA Investment (Brazil) S.A., 19-MC-00134-PKC (S.D.N.Y.) ("SDNY Motion to Vacate"), and (2) a motion to set aside an injunction and dismiss injunction proceedings pending in Singapore court ("Singapore Motion to Dismiss"). 2. The February 4, 2020 hearing on Intervenor's Motion to Vacate is CANCELLED and will be rescheduled, if needed, pending the outcome of the SDNY Motion to Vacate and Singapore Motion to Dismiss; 3. This matter is STAYED until further Order of the undersigned; and 4. The parties shall immediately update this Court on the status of the related pending proceedings in the Southern District of New York and Singapore no later than within 10 days after the earlier of either the SDNY Motion to Vacate or the Singapore Motion to Dismiss is resolved.
