The Court will hold a telephonic status conference in 60 days to discuss the progress of this litigation, the best way to support settlement negotiations, and whether any adjustments to the schedule are necessary in light of delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. In the meantime, counsel are encouraged to work together cooperatively and to be flexible in the face of the logistical challenges created by the current national situation. (KAT) |
