(Text-Only) ORDER FOR PARTY TO FILE DOCUMENT/RESPOND TO COURT: Plaintiff has filed a Petition [ECF No. 1] for entry of judgment pursuant to a Confession of Judgment. In the Petition, Plaintiff avers that "[t]he amount of the judgment that should be entered against [Defendant] under the Confession as of the date of the Petition is $126,487.56." Petition 16 [ECF No. 1]. However, in a sworn affidavit executed and filed the same day as the Petition, Plaintiff avers that "[t]he sum of principal and interest therefore due Plaintiff from Defendant pursuant to the Confession as of July 20, 2021, is $132,215.54." Williams Aff. 4 [ECF No. 2]. Accordingly, on or before September 24, 2021, Plaintiff shall file a document or documents explaining or resolving this apparent inconsistency and providing an updated calculation of the asserted judgment, including the amount of unpaid principal and interest due through that date, under the Confession.
