This action shall be stayed until May 31, 2022 or until such a time where the parties are able to complete the appraisal of the Property that is the subject of this litigation; 3. All claims raised by Plaintiff and defenses that may be asserted by Defendants are to be preserved for the duration of the Stay; 4. Upon completion of appraisal, the parties will issue a report to the Court confirming completion of the appraisal and resolution of the pending claims or confirming completion of the appraisal and advising of the status of any issues remaining to be resolved by the Court.
