Bowen; For the reasons set forth above, the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security is reversed and remanded under Sentence 4 of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). On remand, the AL J shall consider Bowen's obesity in relation to her other impairments and her RFC. The ALJ should also proceed past a Step-Two analysis of Bowen's mental impairments.
