August 14, 2013	Filing 20 MEMORANDUM: For the reasons set forth above, the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security is reversed and remanded to the ALJ. On remand the ALJ must consider and discuss plaintiffs evidence of the intermittent and alternating nature of h is mental condition and reconsider whether plaintiff qualifies under Listings 12.04 and 12.06. Further, the ALJ must reconsider plaintiff's evidence of headaches, edema, dizziness, and frequent urination, their effect on his RFC, and plaintiffs ability to perform work existing in significant numbers in the national economy.
