MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiffs' motion for reconsideration is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs' allegations of tortious interference, Counts XIII through XVIII, are rein stated to the extent plaintiffs can prove interference with a business expectancy after the contracts with defendant were terminated. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Dr. Lux's prayer for relief is limited to actual damages. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs' motion is DENIED in all other respects.
