Numerous defendants have been named in this matter, but only defendant Abdias Christian Faith Fellowship Church (Ab dias) has responded # 86. The Court denied without prejudice plaintiff's motion for summary judgment on March 24, 2011 #(118), and plaintiff filed a motion requesting reincorporation of its Motion for Summary Judgment on April 19 #(126).
