MEMORANDUM:... this cause will be reversed and remanded to the ALJ in order for the ALJ to consider the effect of plaintiff's right shoulder tumor and headaches on plaintiff's residual functional capacity; reassess plaintiff's residual functional capacity based on the medical evidence and, if necessary, obtain additional medical evidence addressing plaintiff's ability to function in the workplace; and obtain vocational expert testimony to determine whether plaintiff is capabl e of performing other work existing in significant numbers in the national economy with his residual functional capacity. Accordingly, a Judgment of Reversal and Remand will be entered separately in favor of plaintiff in accordance with this Memorandum. Signed by Magistrate Judge Lewis M. Blanton on 9/24/12. (CSG)
